MAX _ Device not supported error

Hello,

I have LabVIEW 20.0 with Real-Time and FPGA support installed on a computer with no internet access, and MAX tells me it does not have the drivers to support my real-time targets. I can access them in LabVIEW fine, but not in MAX. We just did an install of CompactRIO20 but this did not fix the problem. When I select Troubleshoot Remote System Discovery, MAX will find a bunch of devices, but it won't add them. Any thoughts?
