Logger in run time stops working?

Solved!
Go to solution

I have created (3) seperate VIS under one project. They are not three EXE files. I compiles all three and ran them from my development PC. They pass globals and log data perfectly. I installed the same program "RunTime" On a different PC. It captured about 4K in the file and then stopped recording. Also I have noted I am not recording my variables. I put text boxes on the front panel to see if my logger was reading the variables. That was fine. Is there something in my installer that I did not include? I installed the latest drivers 9.3.5. It may be a stupid error but I am stumped.

Any help

Philip

Hi!

Did the logger saved data successfully (at least the received 4k) on the PC where you have problems?

Is it possible you are saving to a wrong/non-existent path?

I had a global to turn on/OFF the logger. All three VIS had the global. So with three VIS open I created the problem. The file would close to soon. It was a dumb mistake.

Thank you for your input.
