Light intensity values along a line

Hi, 

 

I want to acquire light intensity values of a cropped picture along a straight line and then to plot intensity values and x positions of these values on the line. I want to use for it IMAQ light meter line but it gives just mean value along the line. Do you have any suggestions on how to get light intenstity for each pixel along the line? I would be really thankful for any help!

Hi senol2109

It seems like you would be able to do this with the IMAQ Light Meter (Line) VI. It seems like what you're looking for is the "Line Profile" output which "returns an array of the intensities of the pixels found along the Line". See the link below for more information:
