Labview with I/O Pak (Plus) from Action Instruments

Hi
Has anybody used Labview with I/O Pak (Plus) from Action Instruments.
The I/O Pak (Plus) base units communicate over 232/485 and use a version of OPTIMUX as a protocol.

I am using Labview 5.1.1 and wondered if there is anything already
available.

There are two options, the first and difficult one is to implement the protocol in LV and send the optomux commands thru' the serial port.

The second and recommended option is to use an existing Optomux driver. The Datalogging and Supervisory Control Module for LabVIEW (LV-DSC) has a driver which can talk Optomux protocl. Using this LV-DSC, reading and writing to your device becomes very trivial.
