Labview : add a backgroung picture to a chart

Solved!
Go to solution

Good afternoon !

For a project I have to create a graph with different points. I used a XY Graph. I would like to add an image in the background of my graphic, is it possible? If yes, how to proceed?

Also, I had to do another grah : a graph 3D. I used a 3D scatter but I can't change the scales. They are 0 to 10 but my point is at 40. Do you know how to do it ?

thank you in advance

Yes. I know how to change the background image of a graph!  Shockingly,  it involves changing the background image property of the graph    yes, accessing that specific property will give your right-click finger a workout. its not where you think

The "plot images" property allows you to use any picture function on graphs. LabVIEW ships with examples, so look there. (The example is called "Plot images Property.vi"). Even the forum here has examples.

To change the axes of a 3D scatter plot directly, do a "right-click... 3D graph properties" (not plain "properties"!)
