I built a installer couple of weeks back, I used Labview 8.2.1 and when I used LV 8.2.1 run time engine, CVI 8.5.0 run time engine and installer use to install 12 components, everything was good and program use to work really well.
Now when I have installed LV 2009, it upgraded CVI runtime engine to 9.0.1 and when i build the installer it is including a additional component called "NIVC2008MSMs" and now it installs 13 components, but now program works well in some computers but it does not work at all in another computers,
When I click on software, program loads up but when i click on any button I get Program not responding error, and I cannot run my program at all. When i clicked on explanation it said "LVRT.DLL" error, i did re-install run time engine again, but I still program does not work in some systems but works really well in other systems.
Can anyone suggest or throw some light on this.
