Labview 7.1 and Application builder 7.1

Hi,
I'm trying to install brandnew LV 7.1 application builder to brandnew
LabVIEW 7.1 and keep failing with that. Has anyone succeeded? Some magic
tricks? Application builder seems to install allright but it is not found in
tools menu. Applibs is in right place.

Thanks in advance Eki

Hi,
sorry for bothering. Miracle is happened! Quite suddently application
builder appeared in tools directory without rebooting or something. It took
only it's time, a couple of hours. I'm so glad.

If you had LabVIEW open when you did the installation of the Application builder, it would not show up in the Tools menu until you restarted LabVIEW. It only populates the menus at startup.

Thanks for help,
but it was not the case. LabVIEW was of course closed when installing new
Applications builder (thanks for NI for the new version without cost). I
think my problems begun when I frirst tried to install the 7.0 version
Applications builder over the 7.1 LabView accidentally. I had to use
regedit to remove the old 7.0 version (much of work). I'm still wondering
the time delay to see the 7.1 version in Tools menu.
Hope this happens only to me, using LabView from the first beginning. The
best programming enviroment in the world!
