I am still using oldies AT MIO E 10 and until recently Labview 5.1 with NI Daq 6.5.2. I swtiched to Labview 6.o last week to recompile my Vi's developed in Labview 5.1. I had to reload Ni daq 6.5.2 over the default ni daq 6.8 of Labview 6 to run may app with a AT MIO E (10 or 2). Fair neough since NI says that AT cards are not supported even with 6.5.2 (my experience with intricate parralel running counter and dacq circular buffers shows that AT still run properly with NI DAQ 6.5.2.) It worked fine until I sent them abroad without diagram first anf then with diagram and password. It could not be recompiled there. Last Friday, I loaded the setup to upgrade Labview 6.0 into 6.0.2 from NI site, thinking tha t maybe the probelm was caused by 6.0 not being upgraded. The program worked again provided I reloaded NI-DAQ 6.5.2 first. Now I wanted to uninstall Labview 6.0.2. Impossible! Could you tell me why? I also noticed that starting my PC NI Daq wanted to be configured properly. I never had a chance to quitt a dialog box. I stalled. I smashed it and could still use my application with AT MIO E 10. Could you tell me what went wrong? Can I trust this upgrade? Prior to this upgrade to 6.0.2 I could unistall Labview 6.0. Very annoying. Gérard
