Labview 2019 SP1 32 bits failed to register

Good day ALL,

I downloaded and Install LabView 2019 SP1 32 bits to upgrade from my LabView 2017.

Now the software is failing to register... 

Can someone assist on why is one of my two serial numbers is failing to register...

You'll need to contact NI directly for that.  There is now way anyone on the forums can help with licensing issues other than saying making sure you are entering the license number correctly and not adding a space at the end (which sometimes happens if you are doing a copy/paste from somewhere else.)

Try registering from NI License Manager instead of from LabVIEW and see if that helps.

Yes that what i was doing but it's only accept the Application builder serial number doesn't recognized the  Development system.

Can you assist on how to contact NI directly as you suggested... I am in South Africa and they no longer have an office this side and the number on their website keeps on going on voicemail...
