Labview 2013 evauation version contain NI-VISA?

Does Labvie 2013 evauation version contain NI-VISA? I am trying to use Laview to communicate serially. I continues to come up with  rror -1073807202

that seems to indicate NI-VISA version ???? needs to be installed.

NI-VISA is available for download from the NI website.  Normally it's included on the drivers DVD so while it's part of the install of LabVIEW it's an option.
