I was working on a lab PC which had lavbview installed by some previous student who is now graduated. The PC crashed and now I have to Reinstall the OS and I am about to loose the software. The licensed Labview was only on that PC and I don't know from which "labview user account" did he got the license. Thus I don't have any leads on the license number nor the related required IDs for the software re-installation. I have the computer ID though. Please can anyone let me know how can I reinstall Labview again.
If it's possible to log into the machine somehow (maybe not, if it's really crashed hard), but you can look at the NI License Manager program. It will tell you the serial number they were using. The serial number is the license key.
