Screenshots is just barely more useful than nothing at all. Many things in a LabVIEW diagram are not possible to determine from the image of the diagram alone but can only be observed by actually looking at the code in LabVIEW and opening configuration and property dialogs. And if you are at it then it's a good idea to save your project for a previous version and post that code here. Not everyone has the greatest and latest version installed on his machine, often not because they don't have access to such a version, but because their current working project started in an earlier version and they don't want to risk breaking something by installing a new version.
And also don't forget to tell us about the actually used hardware and accessories. It's quite likely that the error is done in front of the keyboard rather than inside the computer.

yeah i hope to upload the problem soon enough, having problems with VI's & projects locations & files moved etc (the usual!!!!!)
