LabVIEW crash during build of stand-alone real time application

Hello. I have an issue when I try to build a stand-alone real time application. I can run the program real time with no issues while connected to the controller and the program is saved in temporary memory, but when I try to deploy the program so it is stand alone, it crashes. It crashes when saving the same .vi every time and it is the target - multi-rate - variables.vi; during the build stage. Has anybody every ran into this issue or have any suggestions?

In searching through the NI database, I am unable to find anything similar. Would you mind letting me know if there is an error message when it happens or perhaps when you re-open LabVIEW after the crash? Is this the first program you have deployed or the only one with this issue?
