Is ethernet IP, modbus, or rs-232 included with labview professional, or is it separate software package?

EthernetIP: NI-Industrial Communications for Ethernet/IP

Modbus: Modbus Communication Using LabVIEW or LabVIEW Real-Time Module

I have LabVIEW Professional 2019 but Ethernet/IP isn't included.  It's a $654 add-on.
