Just I question, if I want to buy LabVIEW Base for data acquisition and data-logging applications with NI-USB -5132 maybe some basic data analysis , it is ok or it will required full version?

It really depends on what you mean by "data analysis". If you plan to write your own data analysis code, sure it's fine. Otherwise, all of the math, analysis, and signal processing VIs are not in the Base edition
