LabVIEW NXG installation error - ni-ssp-notifier

I'm trying to install the LabVIEW NXG and it always fail with this message:

I've tried to do it with NXG 4.0, NXG 3.1 through Package Manager, and also downloaded the offline installer for NXG 4.0 (from here: https://www.ni.com/pl-pl/support/downloads/software-products/download.labview-nxg.html#329480). All of them failed with the message above.

Has anyone encountered this?

You might want to see if there are any error logs with any helpful info and post with that. See the below link:
