Look on your Laptop. Does it have the file "C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Shared\LabVIEW Run-Time\2015\tdtable.tdr", flagged as Missing (and generating Error 7) according to your Error message? If it is missing, you've got a flaw in your Project and Build Spec.

I have the same problem. Found 51 "tdtable.tdr" files in my HD. Tried to make the EXE in LV2018, got the same error.

I don't remember the details right now, but I recall that when building (relative) paths to a file in your Project, if you build it with the usual Path notation (e.g. ..\data\MyFile.dat), the path will be subtly different if it is run from Development vs Application mode. For this reason, I always "anchor" my Path relative to a Static VI Reference (rather than using "..") or relative to the current VIs path and it (so far) has always worked in both modes.

Tried in a LV2018 on another computer and worked as a charm.
