LabVIEW 2019 64bit failed to start on win7sp1 64bit

I have both LV2019f2-32bit and LV2019f2-64bit installed on Win7sp1-64bit OS. LV2019f2-32bit starts OK. However LV2019f2-64bit shows the starting picture for a moment and then quits/crashes without any messages.

How can I solve this problem?

Thanks.

Have exact the same issue. By stealing the

...\LabVIEW 2019\resource\Framework\Providers\mxwProjectProvider.mxx

which is nothing else than a dll it gets to run.

But I have no clue what module this is and what it does.

As far as I can see in Debugger there is some GUID string with

zeroes and this leads to 'module not found' exception.

Don't know what the hell is going on.

Thanks.

I solved it by remove some plugin packages, leaving only LV2019. Then it starts OK.

OK, wich were the packages you removed ? - if this

is better known I could do some more investigations and

then file a support request at my ssp for the NI team

to solve that nasty bug.

Hi Gprogrammer

I don't remeber all the packages I removed. I only remember some of them like Database conncetor, Report generator.

I only left these packages now, see the snapshot.
