LabVIEW 2013 sp1 f6 patch installation

I am maintaining an old LabVIEW program and noted that the LV2013 SP1 had the f2 patch.  There have been application issues that seem to be addressed by the f3 through f6 patches.  How does one install the PKG file that NI has for lv2013 sp1 f6?

From a quick look on the download it would actually seem that the 32-bit download is in fact a Macintosh install package, while the 64-bit download is the Windows installer in a ZIP archive. The actual naming is therefore apparently wrong and it should state Mac Update instead of 32-bit, and Windows Update instead of 64-bit.
