I would suggest contacting your local sales representative and they can ship you a CD of the 2010 evaluation version via www.ni.com/ask

Do you know if the 2010 Toolkit is still available?  We do not have maintenance, and are still running 2010.  The Toolkit appears to be a free download but there is no archive of the older versions.
