The name of the RAR file is pretty useless (as most of your other information bits)!

Repack that RAR file into a standard ZIP file and attach it with your next message.

When there really a "FotoLux.vi" is included we can examine it…

"VI" means Virtual Instrument and is the LabVIEW-equivalent of a function in text-based programming…

So your RAR file consists of just 3 VIs and makes up for 45MB in size?

(Again: can you attach the RAR repacked to ZIP?)

If it is a VI, then it must have a tremendous amount of data saved in it as default.

What is "it"?

45.724kB is pretty small (45724 Bytes). Pretty normal size for the era of floppy disks 😄

If it is really 45MB (I doubt it), can you extract the smallest vi file and attach that. Should give us sufficient information to see the version. Then we can decide what to do next.
