[LV5.01 & Win98] menu dead

Hi!

in a VI I wrote I "suddenly" can't operate the menu bar anymore.
The menu items are not greyed-out. It's just that pressing them
won't do anything. Once the VI is stopped the menu works as desired
(just the "standard menu" that comes with a new VI).
Of course I don't remember anymore what I did befor all that 😉

Any ideas? I've had a look at all the possible places I could
think of ...

I think you accidently set up a custom menu

in edit mode - click on edit
then select "edit menu"
select "default"
