LV2018 SP1 f4 patch BUT LV2018 SP1 Runtime f5 patch?

Hi all,

 

I was looking for a new patchlevel for LabVIEW 2018 SP1 and found out that the runtime engine got f5 patch. The development environment still is on f4 patch (latest download is pointing to "f4" directory). Is that true and what is the reason?

I also have f4 for IDE and f5 for run-time. I guess f5 has fixed something related only to the run-time engine but I could not find any details.
