The 32-bit LV has an orange icon in Start menu and on Taskbar, but the Launch window has a yellow one on both 32 and 64 bit! (2025Q3)

It’s the same in LabVIEW 2021 SP1, so I think this is just how it’s designed.

Technically, this Getting Started window is bundled into the packed library GSW.lvlibp, which is located in <LabVIEW>\resource\dialog\GSW. You can't modify it, but fortunately, the good news is that the annoying image is not hard-coded into the library. It is stored separately as GSW_logo.png in <LabVIEW>\resource\screenImages.
The same folder also contains Splash_background.png, so you can easily modify both the Splash Screen and the Getting Started Window to satisfy your perfectionism:

Enjoy!

Yes, sure, there are two images in different folders:
64-bit:
"C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2026\resource\screenImages\GSW_logo.png"
And 32-bit something like
"C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2026\resource\screenImages\GSW_logo.png"
I don't have a 32-bit version of LabVIEW installed, but I'm pretty sure it should be located under Program Files (x86).
