LV 6.1 Prof. can't find Write JPEG File.vi

I have LabView 6.1 Professional. I would like to place my front panel into an HTML file. LV can't find the vis Write JPEG File or Write PNG File. I found the DLLs but not the LLBs for these vis. Do I need to buy an add-on?

LabVIEW 6.1 Professional should have JPEG and other Graphics file, you don't need to buy any add-ons. Try re-installing LabVIEW.
