LV 2016: 1334 error

I have seen a couple other reports from others, but none of those solutions seem to help here.  As you can see in the attached image, after I have built the installer for my application, i get the attached error.  The error is saying a file cannot be found, even though it is in the file.


I am running as admin on a windows 10 machine with the installer copied over to that hard drive.  The only real difference between when this last worked till now was updating to the latest SP for LV 2016.  Anyone know of anything else to try or do i have to try rolling back to a previous version?

I can tell you that after installing the 2016f5 update, things stopped working.  I did the "remove all LabVIEW and reinstall", and have not re-installed the f5 update.  I don't recall what the error was (it was about 6-8 weeks ago, and life is somewhat hectic over here), but I'm now "shy" about updates ...
