Issues with Duplicating Classes and Libraries in LabVIEW after Upgrading to Windows 11

Hi!

I recently had to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 with a new-generation PC due to my employer. Since the upgrade, I have been unable to duplicate classes or libraries in LabVIEW 2023 Q3 Patch 4 in large projects with numerous dependencies. When attempting to use "Save As..." to make a copy of a class, the "Loading Dependencies" window briefly appears, and then the LabVIEW Project Explorer freezes. This issue only occurs with large projects containing over 4000 loaded files and dependencies. Smaller projects work fine. I don't know the exact threshold. I’ve tested this on two different Windows 11 machines with LabVIEW 2023 Q3 and 2024 Q3, and the behavior is the same. Sometimes, the files are created after 10-15 minutes, but this seems to depend on the number of files contained within the class itself.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues after upgrading to Windows 11? Are there any known workarounds or solutions for this problem? Duplicating classes without the Project Explorer is nearly impossible. This is quite frustrating.

Thank you for any insights or advice!
