Issue Regarding USRP 2955

hi all,

i am  start working with USRP 2955.if i connect usrp 2955 with gigabit ethernet port and also with MXI connection but i can aquire data through this,

I  got the following error as shown below

above Error with connect with ethernet IP address

 

 got this error when connecting through PCI express -MXI connection

this device is shown in usrp utility and NI MAX but not working.

i also try to update its fpga image but not change in error 

i need help in this issue
