Is there any problem of active X handling in Labview when using Office XP with Win2K

I have an application that runs properly on a Win2K system with office2K. But when I tried to run the same application on a new PC with Win2K and office XP there was Procedure call error in excel subvi. Moreover the Labview shipped example for writting to excel opens up with error. The error is shown in the Range Value property node.
Any idea what could be the possible reason.

You'll have to refresh the automation refnum to the new ActiveX class for office XP. The same is true for the example which was for office 97. It's common for new versions of software to have different properties and methods so you may have to make other changes as well.
