Is it possible to have a graph change aspect ratio for printing?

I'm running into an issue where the aspect ratio of a graph is different between when it is on the screen and when it is printed. Is there a way to change to aspect ratio right before printing, so that it will look right on the print, and then change it back to what it was so it looks correct on the screen as well?

Hi guy,

surely you can change the size of the graph (indicator) using property nodes.

Another option is to have a second graph indicator (in a subVI) which is used for creating the print…

Best regards,

I was thinking property nodes would have an option for it. Do you know if you want to use the bounds -> area height and width, or plot area -> size?

Hi guy,

you can use whatever fits your requirements…

Why should there be a special "aspect ratio" property when you can set width/height as needed?

Best regards,
GerdW
