SPICE is a simulator for circuits. DAQmx (and appropriate hardware) can be used to measure analog voltages ("real" volts). If you do a Web Search for SPICE Simulation LabVIEW, you might come across this reference which mentions NI MultiSim, National Instrument's SPICE routine.
