Inteaction time between FPGA and Host

In brief, I am trying to acquire 8 analog FPGA channels at 51.2 Kilo samples/second. First I tried a single channel acquisition. I found that the speed at which host interface is interacting with the FPGA vi is not fast enough to transfer acquired data. This issue is happening after sampling rate of 35 kilo samples/second. Any thoughts on this?
