I have a few questions for you regarding this issue. What operating system are you trying to install LabVIEW on? What operating system does the computer with the successful install have? Can you verify that you have administrator privileges on the computer? How far, if at all, does the installer progress before throwing this error? If you go into your Add or Remove Programs, do you have any National Instruments Software downloaded to the computer? If so, please remove all of these files before you try to install LabVIEW again.
