Install 8.20, Remove 8.01

Install 8.20, Remove 8.01

Currently using 8.01 LV Professional Devel System with some toolkits installed. Should be recieving SSP CD's with 8.20 on them shortly.
Would like to completely remove 8.01 and all NI SW, then install 8.20.
 
Has anyone tried this yet? Any tips or traps encountered?
 
Will liscensing/activation key be released on this machine after 8.0.1 removal so that it will be free to use for 8.20 (or for any new installs of 8.0.1 on other PC's)?
-EDIT- I just found the Deactivate option in License Manager, so I shall deactivate 8.0.1 prior to uninstall.
