Increasing Font Size Shortcut... Not sure I'm doing it right

LabVIEW 2023 Q3

Before the ability to zoom in/out "CTRL +" was the quick way to increase or decrease Font Size.  Now it appears it's used to zoom in and out.  So when I went to check what the uh... I guess "shortcut" was to do this, it doesn't appear to work.  I tried both "CTRL and < or >"  and "CTRL and + and < or >".  Am I not doing this right or have I stumbled across a bug?

It is:

"Ctrl" and "<" to make the font smaller.

"Ctrl" and ">" to make the font bigger.

On my azerty keyboard, I have to press "Ctrl" and "Shift" and "<>" to make the font bigger because "<" and ">" are on the same key.

Regards,

Raphaël.

"Ctrl" and "< or >" does not work.

But, I tried "Ctrl" and "Shift" and "< or >" on my QWERTY keyboard, and that worked.  So would that be considered a bug?

No, it is not a bug.  Look at your keyboard a little closer.  '<' is Shift+',' and '>' is Shift+'.'.

macOS:

As of LabVIEW 2023 (Q3)

Just as the ability to zoom in (or out) now defies "CMD-Shift +" (or "CMD-Shift -"),

the shortcut to increase (or decrease) Font Size has been re-defined to "CMD-Shift >" (or "CMD-Shift >").

It is a bug.

My keyboard has a separate < > key (next to left shift). To type < I need to press that [<>] key, to type > I need to press [SHIFT] + [<>]  key.

When I try to decrease the size of the font I hold [CTRL] and press [<>]. Nothing happens.

When I try to increase the size of the font I hold [CTRL] + [SHIFT] and press [<>]. Nothing happens.

So it is a bug. Perhaps it's not a bug on a standard US keyboard, but it's a bug on at least Slovenian layout.

The only way to workaround that is to change the keyboard layout to US QWERTY in Windows and use'<' is Shift+',' and '>' is Shift+'.'.

I have almost similar German Layout (at least from < > keys point of view), and it works for both decrement and increment (with Shift).

Be sure that no other software registered the same hot keys.

The Swedish keyboard is similar. Ctrl + < and Ctrl + Shift + > works for me. I typically tap it and often need 2 presses to notice any size difference. If holding doesn't work it might be a key repeat issue.
