I am using the dynamic event structure of the professional version of LabView 7.0 in my application. However I am also using Timeout (100ms), so that significantly increases the CPU usage. When I run my application the CPU usage is at about 70%. Weird enough when I open a certain window( just a subVI) in my application and then close it - and I am back at the starting point - the CPU usage has gone down to about 10% and it stays there!! I don't know why this is the case but I would like to have the CPU Usage down to 10% in the first place if possible. Any clues?
