Hello!
Problem:
I have to resample a jpeg image.
Question:
Does anyone have any idea to do it by LV?
Some explanations:
I have a IMAQ-toolbox (there is a function Image Resample),
but I do not want to use it, because it requires a run-time licence
in every separate application.
