INI File, software's slowness

Hello,

I have a problem with "INI" file.
In a project LabView 8.20, sometime, I have software's slowness when i want to read or write a "INI" File.
For example, normally I read 11 keys in 1 section in few seconds or milliseconds. When the problem occurs, to read or write the 11 keys, it takes more than 2 minutes.
If I execute the vi alone, it works normally.
Do you have some ideas about this problem ?

I can't easily reproduce this problem. 

I joint you the source of the reading/writing file whose i'm calling before opening the interface (read) and after closing the interface (write).

In pictures, you can see the file's reading operation and this inferface's software.
