IMaq Image.ctl is grayed on compiled labview software

A labview software which includes Imaq Image.ctl is compiled with application builder and installed on a target system.

Basically the software is running but the part of Imaq Image.ctl is grayed and any image from camera is not updated on it.

Its installer includes Labview runtime engine and NI Vision Common Resources. 

Do I need to include more installers on the project?

This might be late advice: Did you make sure that the NI Vision Development Module Run-Time License is indeed ACTIVATED on the target system (the end-user needs to buy it).
