When you attach your code, you should attach enough of it that those of us who have Point Grey cameras can try your code with our cameras. As this may require multiple VIs (maybe even an entire LabVIEW Project), gather the VIs in a Folder, compress the Folder, and attach the resulting .zip file. We'll be able to better understand what you are doing and to test it, ourselves, vastly improving the chances we can say something helpful for you.
