I want to know if Matlab must be installed on a target computer where a exe built from LabVIEW is installed.
Another way to ask my question: I have a LabVIEW created exe that calls M Scripts, and I send this to another computer where LabVIEW and Matlab are NOT installed, will the exe run?

You do need to have Matlab installed on the target computer if you want the exe to work. A similar analogy is if you use Excel in your program you must make sure Excel is installed on the target computer
