I need help, I can not install Labview 2012 Student edition

Hello, some years ago I bought Labviw 2012 Student Edition and install this product, it was worked.

Today I change a computer and try install this again, but when I input a serial number I get note, that server is unavailable.

I am a student of magistratura UrFU IRIT RTF 4-th semester. Can this be because I am in Russia? Through VPN also do not work.

Hi Trofim66, 

This problem most probably is connected with your new computer IP address access to your IT. Try to contact your IT to check if your new computer has access to use Student Edition, if your computer won't be accessed, then ask them to access it. It might solve the problem.
