Right click on cluster-to array object and enter 12 channels in pop-up.

Can you post your VI, or at least a quick program that displays your problem?

I don't see how that could happen.

Have you tried physically dragging the unbundle function so it displays 12 channels instead of 9?

Define "going into". 😮

Clusters are fixed size. If you want a cluster with 12 channels, you need to define it that way.

If you have an array of waveforms and are using "array to cluster" to convert, you need to right-click on the "array to cluster" primitive and specify the cluster size. The default is 9, so that seems to be your problem. Change it to 12.
