I can't select my COM port

Hi all,

I can't select my com port on linx firmware wizard beacuse of that I can't use my arduino mega2560 with LabView 2013(64 bit) if someone can help me, I will be pleased with help

This makes me think you are running Arduino IDE at the same time as LabVIEW, and the hardware might be locked by the software.  If LabVIEW is the only thing running, does it see your COM port?  Did you try reinstalling or repairing NI-VISA?
