Hello, I need to connect labview and plc for a project. For this, a screen comes up like the picture I shared, when I type the ip of the plc, it freezes and I cannot connect.

You not only forgot to attach the picture you refer to, but also essential information such as what PLC (there are several dozen PLC manufacturers worldwide), what interface you intend to use and what software you have installed on your computer and their version.
