I did a search at www.google.com for "S370 optometer labview" (without the quotes) and found only one relevant hit...it's an archive of the info.labview newsgroup, and it's got another LabVIEW user asking for the exact same driver...perhaps you could contact him and see if he ever got one...here's the link to the archive page:

If this doesn't help, and if the manufacturer doesn't have a LabVIEW driver available, you may need to develop your own instrument driver...you can visit www.ni.com/idnet for helpful resources in building your own instrument driver.
