You must have clicked the 'Post' button before you had a chance to enter anything in the message body. There are a lot of details missing - such as what is this NG Radio Control Panel.
You also seem to have a broken keyboard. Fix that since all caps indicates shouting and I don't think you want to shout at people you are asking for help.
