How will i connect NI cRIO 9024 with my Laptop/computer?

I need to connect cRIO 9024 with my laptop. Which kind of cable will i use.if Ethernet cable,then one end will be connect to port 1 in cRIO and other end will be connect to my laptop or any thing else?

I know it is not a good question to ask.But i need help in connecting cRIO to MAX and labview.
