How to take complete an online course module

Hi, Everyone:

I just can't figure out how to complete a course module online.  After completing the module's interactive video, I leave the window open and click the button to exit.  The window with the video disappears and it goes back to the course screen where the module is listed as "incomplete."

Am I doing something wrong?

So... no one's had this prblem before?  I guess it's time to call support.
