This is a human localization project. One loop saves speed information, one loop saves the direction information. These two data must be totally synchronized to get the accurate trajectory.

You keep saying meaningless words such as "totally".
Why don't you record from all loops while including timestamps and then merge the data later, using interpolation ot get everything on the same time axis?
